The maintenance page says "the
secure page is only available if your association chose to use it."
The reply to Dave Bertrand's post on 9/22 implies that they did chose it.
If that is correct, how does one create a secure page?

Secure pages are not currently on. If they were on however, each team page would have a username and password that could be set by the manager for their team to know so they could view their page. As for what features are secure and what features are public, we have to set those ourselves for you.
