Ice Purchases  - CYHA POLICY

All CYHA ice purchased for association use is contracted for CYHA by the CYHA Ice Scheduler only.  The CYHA President and CYHA Ice Scheduler are the only people authorized to accept a contract for ice under the CYHA name.  Any other ice purchased for any other reason by CYHA Members is ice that is not exempt from tax and may not be purchased under the CYHA name.  This includes hours purchased for the team during the season and ice purchased outside the season for personal use or use to offer clinics and camps.
